Outside the apartment there is a large well maintained communal swimming pool with sun bathing area, palm trees and a smaller childrens pool, a shower, terraces and tennis courts.

Our apartment includes 2 bedrooms - Both with a double size bed and 1 with en suite bathroom, private balcony from master bedroom giving sea view with table and chairs. there is 2nd bathroom very close to bedroom 2 which has a small balcony again with good views. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and independent air-conditioning units.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and inludes all home comforts. Large comfortable lounge with dining area, TV, music centre, under floor heating (for the winter) also with air-conditioning. Patio doors lead to a large balcony with superb views of Thomas Maestre Marina and the Mar Menor - there is a table and 4 chairs either for enjoying the yachts that pass by regularly or sunning yourself, enjoying your meals outside.
