Bright, enthusiastic trainee customer service/sales advisor required for this expanding NW9 e-retailer. The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for sport, not just spectating!

You will be corresponding with customers by email and telephone, making enquiries on their behalf and researching products and analysing their requirements.

Ideally you will have some customer facing experience, but more important is your interest in sport, telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
