Full Time Experianced Receptionist

Physio in the city is a group of busy physiotherapy, sports injury & complementary health clinics situated inside health clubs throughout the Greater London area.

We are looking for a full time receptionist for our clinic in the West End. Applicants must be friendly, organised, computer literate and efficient with good customer care skills and initiative. Previous relevant reception experience will be advantageous. All applicants must all have the right to work in the UK.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- answering calls
- dealing with enquiries (phone, person, email)
- ensure the smooth day to day running of the West End practice
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Meeting & greeting patients
- Placing orders
- Liaising and co-coordinating staff at the West End
- Providing admin support to therapists and managers

The position consists of approximately 36 1/5 hours per week and comprises of 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.Also be Saturdays may be required for holiday and sickness cover. These shifts are Monday & Wednesday 12:00 - 20:15 Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 07:45 - 16:00.

• Salary: £15,000
