We are looking for talented lady´s and gentlemen sushi chef`s and kitchen chefs with passion for producing a high quality product to join our Japanika team.

Japanika is a new charismatic high quality sushi take away near spiterfields market.
The food is of best quality and prepared with great care.
We are proud in producing unique and authentic japanese dishes with great care and precession.
Japanika is very passionate about food and therefore everything is done with a lot of love.
The work environment will be a up beat and positive environment and working hours will be mainly morning till afternoon.
We are looking for people who have some experience in composing sushi boxes and sushi preparation and individuals who have excellent fish cutting skills.
We will provide training and opportunities to progress with inn the company.

Duties will include:

• To control all food production and to maintain high standard of food quality and production quantity as well a work very organised.
• To maintain all food production equipment and areas in a clean condition and promote good food safety practices in the kitchen.
• To control stock in order to minimize food waste and produce high quality food.
• Good communication and knowledge in terms of Japanese sushi are essential.

• Proven experience working within Japanese sushi restaurants is desirable.

We are also looking for an individual who has very good skill in cutting fish.
