I have for offer a large double room with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of draws available in a 3 bedroom house. It is just myself living there and it is a good size house. I am a 28 year old (house trained) male, I work in central London and I am easy going and have a wide variety of interests.

The bedrooms, lounge and bathroom are newly refurbished to a high standard, the kitchen is clean and tidy and fully equipped with every cooking utensil you would ever need. There is off street parking and on street with no parking permit required. Wireless and hard wired internet broadband connection available, this is at no extra cost, there is also some free calls from the house phone please ask for details. All bills are included. The garden is of a good size and is lovely in the sun when we have some. The road is a very quiet road in one of Romford’s most sought after areas. The house is a non-smoking house so you would need to be a non-smoker. I do like to keep the house tidy but don't have OCDs about it.

It is a short walk into Romford town centre or there are several buses into town and elsewhere. From Romford it is a 20min train journey to London Liverpool Street.
