We are a money transfer company based in Bristol. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to perform the following duties:

- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Responding to and follow up enquiries by post, email and telephone.
- Performing money transfers and selling other products via a money transfer database
- Assisting, when required with travel and shipping enquiries and perform sales

Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in a financial company
Skills required:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Very Good Computer and Internet skills
- Punctuality
- Driving licence ESSENTIAL
