It will entail the provision of legal advice on on public law issues, judicial reviews, enforcement and prosecutions and the law relating to health issues. The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with a good public law background and, ideally, advisory experience within the healthcare sector. This is a part-time vacancy to work 3 days per week.
