Looking for somewhere between homes?

We’re want to fill a large (master) double room in our amazing Fulham house urgently for up to three weeks, so we've decided to discount the rent (down from £188/wk to £150/wk). We're looking for one or two clean, tidy and friendly people available May 31.

The room is very large and comes with a lovely, period fireplace., balcony etc. The house has to be seen to be believed (see pictures attached). It has a very large lounge and extra-large kitchen with two stoves, large table and plenty of space for dinners with friends etc. There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a conservatory, a garden, a basement and more...

From the house you’ll be a few minutes walk to several bus lines (including a couple of night buses), giving easy access to Fulham Broadway, West Brompton, Earls Court or Hammersmith tube stations (all about 10-20 minutes walk). There are lots of cafes, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, bars, shops and a cinema close too.

You’ll be sharing the house with six other friendly people, but there’s plenty of space for everyone. We have Sky and plan to get wireless and a landline set up in the next week or so.

The rent for the room is £150 per week, or £650 a month. In addition, you'll need to pay around £30 towards council tax and £50 for bills per month pro rata (both each if you are in a couple).

Up front we also require one full week's rent (£188) as a bond. This will be returned to you on the return of the keys.
