Our client is looking for a highly skilled chef to join this fabulous restaurant/deli style operation who have 4 existing venues in upmarket areas of London serving fabulously fresh food. Focusing on Mediterranean cuisine with influences from Europe, Muslim and North African inspirations, using bold flavours with robust ingredients.

The venue offers a deli/patisserie/bakery/sit down and takeaway service which changes in the evening to a more formal dining experience. Lunchtime you can choose from the selection of salads and other main courses with innovative flavours and texture combinations including mezze style dishes. The venue doubles as a bakery/deli so you can swoon over the enticing array of cakes and tarts on the front counter.

The role involves working 5 evenings per week starting from 2pm till close over 5 days, Sundays closed, 1 double shift per week. They will offer a competitive salary with a bonus related performance scheme.

This position is for someone with a real passion and flair for food, extremely driven. They will manage a team of up to 4 chefs and will have almost total freedom to devise their own menus supervised by the Senior Exec Chef of the company.
