We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic administrator to join the Trafalgar team in London (Victoria/Hyde Park Corner). Working closely with the Trafalgar Brand Managers, you’ll be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support.

A crucial part of the role is responsibility for compiling and confirming menus for the tours, therefore a keen interest in food would be advantageous. As one of the first points of contact for our Tour Directors (on the phone and face to face), you’ll need to be confident, polite and excellent at problem solving issues quickly.

The role also involves general day to day administration and updating the Tour Directors web site. Therefore strong IT skills, a high degree of accuracy, precision and attention to detail are essential.

Our working environment is both professional and friendly, therefore you will need to be enthusiastic and approachable with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
