Customer Service Representative
www.buyagift.co.uk is the UK’s largest gift experience company with over 2500 gifts and experiences and generating turnover in excess of £18million. We have been established for 9 years and employ 70 people. We are part of a multi million pound international group of gift experience companies.
We are based in Barnet, North London and are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to help our established team over the very busy Christmas period. You should be available immediately and able to work until the end of December from 9 to 5.30 with some weekends. You will have excellent customer service skills as you will be manning an extremely busy phone during this time, along with the ability to respond to customer emails and complaints in a concise and customer friendly manner. You will therefore have a good command of English both verbally and written. You will work within a dynamic team who deliver excellent customer service at all times.
