The ideal applicant must have supervisory experience in a high volume, quality retail food environment serving excellent fresh produce and providing amazing quality service - you should be proactive, be able to think on your feet and a charismatic natural leader who can maintain a sense of fun while successfully managing a large diverse team.

ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
If you are an experienced supervisor, assistant manager or junior manager and have a solid track record in restaurant, bar and café operations then this is the role for you - as a high degree of knowledge and experience in food related sectors is vital to the position. You must have a high level of spoken and written English, be well presented and legible to work in the UK.
