2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance is needed. Council tax, utilities is included in the rent. Free parking available on the street. You can reach M11 in 5 minutes and M25 in 10 minutes.

The house is non-smoking.

The house is in a quite zone of leytonstone, 5 minutes to the bus stops 257 and W14 and 10-15 minutes walk to the Leytonstone tube station (central line) and overground services. Bus 257 is very efficient connecting to either Stratford center or Leytonstone within 5-10 minutes with access to central line, jubilee line and DRL. The bus W14 connects to Leyton tube station and shopping centre within 5 minutes. The same stop has night bus N8 connecting to Oxford Street.
It has fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, oven, fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster), a bathroom with a shower & bath.
