Our End of Tenancy cleaning service will suit perfectly the demands of any Letting agents / private landlords may have, regarding the cleaning of premises they offer for rent or just had a renting contract ended; also if a house, flat or business premise is on sale, they all need to be in a good and presentable condition for the potential buyers.

End of Tenancy cleaning service is suitable for tenants moving home and want to leave it in a presentable condition or want their new home perfectly cleaned.

We can either work to Inventory requirements from property management companies or draw from our own experience on what is required for a tenancy clean.

We understand that we need to be flexible in order for you to successfully complete your tenancy agreement and hand-over the property.

Prices start from only £90:00 per property, all cleaning supplies incl.

The customer is to ensure that our cleaners have hot running water and electricity in order for them to clean properly.

Note: End of tenancy cleaning, move in/out cleaning does not include carpet cleaning. All carpet cleaning services charged separately.

Kitchen – clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; Clean oven; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen counter tops; Clean hob/ grill; Sweep and wash hard surface floors; clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frames and radiators.

Bathrooms - Clean and disinfect bathroom floors; Clean and disinfect toilet, Clean bath & shower, shower doors and tiles; Clean and discale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.

Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet ; Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.

Living room- Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , Clean mirrors, Clean all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames.;

Hallway and Stairs - Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs.
