Two years commercial C#/ASP.NET/SQL is enough to get you through the door, the rest is down to a good character match.

This role has a lot offer the right person. You will categorically receive heavy training and investment in the latest Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET 3.5 and also Sharepoint 2007 (MOSS). Prior experience with these skills of interest, however by no means essential.
