Hello!

My name is Calum, and I am a 24 year old New Zealand guy. I am a recent Law, and Film and Media graduate, and have just returned from Spain and México where I have been studying Spanish/working for the last year.

I would describe myself as easy going, open minded and sociable. I enjoy most sports, play guitar, and am interested in art, film, and music. I enjoy meeting new people, and am partial to a couple of drinks and going out for a good time.
I cook, clean, and am house trained ;)

I am looking for a fully furnished single room in Zone 2. Ideally I would like to live relatively centrally: North, East, or West.
Last time I lived in London I developed quite the liking for the areas of Shoreditch/Bricklane/Old Street/Bethnal Green/Aldgate/White Chapel etc so any places in these areas would be of particular interest.

Having said that, I'll consider anything within Zone 2 that can be sold as having redeeming features ;) Must be close to a tube station (within 5 -10 minutes walking) and have Wifi/Internet. I'm Looking to pay up to £100 for rent, bills inclusive, per week.

I'm also keen to preserve my Spanish, so any Spanish speaking flat mates would be a nice bonus!

I'm looking to find something from the 13th of May onwards.
