reservations only);
- advising customers on destinations and holiday packages;
- making arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals
and tours, based on their desires and budget;
- customer support and help-line for unexpected situations (delays,
accommodation problems, cancellations, emergencies, etc);
- promoting the agency by creating fliers, posters and web-pages;
- basic accounting (payments to suppliers, billing, daily cashing reports, bank
operations);

Computer skills and competences:
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, OpenOffice,Web-design (html, css), FoxPro, Computer maintenance (upgrading / replacingcomputer parts).
