Operations Administrator
A city based Business Bank is looking for experienced Operations Administrators to join their personal savings team for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
Salary: £22,000 pro rata
The principal role of the successful candidates will be to assist the Retail Operations team to ensure all Data Administration processes are completed in a timely and professional manner, and to respond to all requests received from our Personal Savings Customers and Internal Service team in accordance with service level agreements.
Key tasks and responsibilities include;
" Open Personal Savings accounts
" Update static data details for Personal Savings clients
" Assist with logging of Bond Maturity instruction forms
" Process all written requests received and action accordingly within a timely manner
" Ensure that all work carried out is compliant with strict anti-money laundering regulations with a focus on customer care and meets our Service Level agreements.
" Ensure daily stats are correct and updated daily.
" Continually maintain and update procedures.
" Keep up to date on all relevant compliance/regulatory issues relating to Operations division
Successful candidates will have experience within retail banking/ banking/ financial services along with good experience of experience of drafting and reviewing client correspondence.
You should have good working knowledge of MS Office along with minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent (including GCSE Maths and English grade C or above) .
