My client, an international trading business within the commodities field, is looking to bring a Trade Accountant on board on a years maternity cover.

This position is responsible for analyzing trading ativity, reporting monthly P+L by desk and line of business, reconciling reported P+L information to the front end trading systems and providing accurate and timely information to management.

The role requires a Sugar and Gas Accountant. A qualified quickly available candidate with commodities experience and an understanding of energy and soft commodities markets would be beneficial.

An audit background with an Energy/ Commodities client base is equally considered.

Knowledge of IFRS would be beneficial and technical accounting abilities.
