Trainee Letting Negotiator - Free Training
Ever wanted to work in a Letting Agency? This may be your chance! We are looking to give a young (17 to 21 year old), ambitious individual the opportunity to become a Trainee Letting Negotiator - eventually to become a permanent member of the Team. The Letting industry is fast moving and therefore this position will suit an individual who may have tele sales experience - not essential. The length of your Training may last up to 4 months and you will be required to receive 26 hours Training each week to benefit.
Ideally, you must be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, use your initiative, take instructions and have good common sense.
Your Training will involve working alongside key staff and at times you will be involved in meeting Landlords, taking photographs, using the software packages, arranging appointments and dropping leaflets. There will be no limits to your training - except you!
