We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade at the Thistle City Barbican Hotel.

This 463 bedroom hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant and two bars. We also cater for guests in 13 meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a kitchen with high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

39 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.
£8.13 per hour.
