After-School Nanny required urgently in North London

We require a PART TIME nanny for after school and holiday care for two male children, 10 and 7 years in the N12 area of North London. We are offering a one year contract initially at £10 per hour gross/4 days a week minimum to start as soon as possible. The children have benefited from care by a male nanny for the last two years.

You MUST have the following:
1 The right to remain in the UK or Full student visa till August 2010 in line with the UK Border Agency/Home office regulations. This job does NOT confer any rights to remain in the UK.
2 Fluent English, written and spoken
3 Over 21 years of age
4 CRB checked or in the process of receiving your CRB certificate or willing to apply for a CRB certificate
5 European/UK driving licence and driving experience of over 2 years. Experience of driving in London is desirable.
6 Previous experience of working with children would be desirable

The hours are 3pm to 7pm in term time and 9am to 7pm during the school holidays/half terms/teacher training days. There will be flexibility on start and end times during the holiday periods. The work will involve pick up from school to home, preparation of an evening meal and taking the children to after-school games and activities. A nanny car will be made available to you. You will be reliable, a good time keeper and honest. Ideally, you also live in the North London area (Barnet, Haringey, Camden etc.) .
A keen interest in football, sports and the patience to spend many hours happily doing Lego would be desirable. For successful candidates, we will require two references, copies of your passport, CRB certificate and drivers licences before confirmation of appointment and contracts are issued.
