Credit Controller

My client is an International Media Company based in West London and are looking for a Russian speaking Credit Controller.

Duties include:

To be responsible for own client base and ensure monthly cash collection targets are reached;
To ensure debts are paid in a timely fashion as per the agreed credit terms;
Perform within Credit Policy rules for both the company and 3rd party companies -including running dunning and disconnecting as per Credit Policy.
To chase debts for both the company and 3rd party companies by dunning, phone, letters, emails;
To ensure all Late Payers reports are completed fully and returned by deadline. Review reports and
address any issues prior to month end close.
To review accounts regularly to ensure that all transactions have been allocated accurately;
To keep the unallocated cash to an absolute minimum through effective
account reconciliation with the Credit Administration team;
To recommend potential bad debts for inclusion in the Group’s and 3rd Party bad
debt provision;
Resolve all queries quickly and efficiently. Highlight and escalate issues where appropriate
Adhoc duties as directed.
