Employing over 1200 staff in over 15 countries they currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to a defined client group.

Key result areas:
To proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers
To provide effective HR solutions to identified issuses
To ensure that all HR processes and procedures are effectively delivered i.e. recruitment, performance management & employee relation issuses
To manage and contribute to various project initiatives

Candidate spec:
Graduate or equivalent with a least 5 years HR experience
CIPD or qualified
Technical/Scientific environment
Customer focused
Team player
