The Role

Senior Consultant - Construction

This is a start up operation and my client is looking for a senior consultant / manager to kick the business off. You will work alongside the MD to build a desk and then when the business is ready you will bring on more consultants. This is a hands on, sleeves up position where you will be responsible for generating new candidates, business development and brand building. As this is a start up, this will a suit strong business developer that has great candidate networking skills. You will focus on 2 key areas of construction and these are trades and labour and also white collar temp. This role is all about building the business and brand and although you will start on your own, the role will develop considerably.

What they are looking for

They are looking for a senior consultant that has experience of management within recruitment or a manager that will take 1 step back to accelerate forward as part of this exciting venture. You will have a great track record in construction recruitment in both sales and delivery sales. As a start up, it would be very beneficial to have contacts within the construction industry. You will be dynamic, driven and articulate individual

What they are offering

A basic salary of circa 45K - 50K plus travel allowance with the opportunity to earn a good OTE . They have excellent financial backing and they are offering a great opportunity to really stamp your name on this industry. This is an excellent opportunity
