nice location in willow road new malden very close to local shops new homebase and mattalan good schools near by and at the top of the road is the bus stops for kingston 5 mins and new malden 5mins other way 131,k5.k9 .our house has two bedrooms the larger room we have put up a proper wall and made to rooms out of it,one is a girls room very pink and the other is blue for the boy it is only temp to give them there own space but for the right person if they wanted the two rooms we have some one who would put the wall back in place or it can be left as one large room as we opened it up bigger by taking out the built in wardrobe ,the other bedroom is smaller but fits a double bed and wardrobes which me and my partner use .We have plenty off cupboard space and the loft is large for storage.The bathroomis a decent size with shower and toilet.Downstairs we have decent sized living room leading into large kitchen/diner to then lead to back door into a well look after garden around 45 to 50ft long ,out the front of the house is six parking spaces 2 of which are ours directly infront of the house we are mid terraced (sorry) no side entrance which i know many people would like to have but im the only tenant to live here in 11yrs and at the time only had one child so it did not bother me that i did not have side entrance.We really need one more room upstairs now for my son so please if any one out there who wants to downsize from a 3 or 4 bed please feel free to contact us or even just come and have a look.Please no time wasters as we ahve been mucked around alot by people Thank you for reading this and good luck to every one.Julia and David.PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS SWAPPERS AS WE DONT MUCK PEOPLE AROUND .Areas wanted are kingston,tolworth,chessington,surbition,worcester park,as far as wimbledon .
