Finance Business Partner Investement Banking

A leading European bank has established a small central Business Management team; the team looks after the global cost base and within Global Markets.

The area is looking for a structured, process driven, qualified accountant to work on a 3 month project to enhance the current processes, controls and service levels provided. Challenge the effectiveness of these processes and controls, making improvement recommendations Focus initially on financial processes (cost allocations, internal functional transfers between divisions, cost centre control and planning/forecasting)

Key responsibilities for the area includes:
Management accounting and financial planning
Cost allocation
Headcount control and tracking
Procurement processes
Internal Management Information and reporting to the Front Office Business

Qualified accountant,
Process analysis and documentation in finance / Front Office Business Management domain
Middle office experience from Business Management Management information (MIS)/ audit or controlling
Knowledge of cost allocation processes
Experience of SAP or Essbase would be an advantage
