Their Forensics department has seen exponential growth and as a result we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Forensic Senior.

The role will involve working under the direction of a Forensic Manager or Director in undertaking the necessary accounting, industry and technical research that is required in forensic engagements. This role will involve the preparation, production and issue of forensic reports. The Forensic Senior will also be expected to participate in practice development and marketing activities to promote the department.

Responsibilities will include:

Undertake searches of potential conflicts of interest
Carry out accounting and research tasks
Draft sections of forensic reports
Attend client meetings with forensic managers or directors and prepare appropriate notes of matters discussed
Proof read forensic reports, appendices and calculations
Participate in marketing activities
Assist during hearings and mediations
Prepare management accounts and reports, financial statements and audit schedules
Draft letters to instructing solicitors / clients requesting evidence or more documentation

To apply you will

Be fully qualified ACA or ACCA
Experience of investigative work
Have a good working knowledge of advanced financial modelling / valuation methods
Acquire relevant technical and legal knowledge: UK GAAP, IFRS
Demonstrate a professional approach
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
