toptable.co.uk is Europe's largest online restaurant and events booking service, working in London, across the UK, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, New York and Rome amongst other cities.

Due to toptable’s continued growth we need more people who know and love the restaurant industry to join our team of restaurant customer service specialists.

What will you be doing?:
- fulfilling restaurant bookings
- providing advice and inspiration to diners via email and phone
- advising restaurants on toptable.co.uk marketing initiatives

The people we're looking for:
- Experience or knowledge of the restaurant scene (perhaps already working within hospitality)
- Brilliant written and verbal communications
- Fast, accurate keyboard skills (Windows pref)
- Ability to work at speed and be able to resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Enjoy taking responsibility and doing a good job
- French speaking preferable


Excellent package inc £16K (full-time) to start, review after 3 month trial period, subsidised gym membership, personal dev and career progression. User friendly shifts of 40 hours between 9am and 9pm including two Saturdays a month.
