This is not a hostel so I could only really make a decision once we've met you. If you're not in London to come around please include a pic if you can.

If you're looking for a place in London that's not too expensive but at the same time you don't want to live in a dump. Somewhere where you don't have to pay any bills on top of the rent you already pay. Or a place that allows you to save money while living in London. If this sounds like you, then stop looking, because you've found the perfect place

We have a cleaner who comes in 7 days a week and cleans just about everything. No dishes . . a great plus ! !

We have a massive lounge with wireless broadband internet. There is also two computers you can use(no charge),Sky TV, a pool table,big screen TV and a small bar wich is great for socialising. Also a basic gym for keeping in shape.

There's a huge park just across the road and tennis courts literally 2 minutes walk away. The supermarkets are nearby and so are the banks. Tooting Broadway is our closest tube station and Tooting overland is also just down the road.

Our place is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and a great bunch of people to feel at home with.

It's £60 to £65 per person per week for a room share and £80 per week for a single. The roomshares are girls with girls and guys with guys only unless its a couple in a double room. We only require one week deposit and a £10 key deposit. So, to move in, you would need a week deposit and a week's rent plus the key deposit. No min stay.
