I'm looking for a short term flat or housesit over the Xmas period. Would suit somebody who is perhaps away for the Xmas and wants the security of havng somebody in their house or perhaps simply wants some addtional income whilst they're not using their property.

I'm a 25 year old male professional working in pharmaceutical research and studying for a masters part time. I'm therefore quite busy and really need a place to myself so sorry but, I'm not really interested in people who are simply looking to sublet a room in a property.

I'm interested in properties in Central, West,North or South-Central London. Or anywhere that's reasonably central with decent links to the Richmond area so that I can commute to work. Areas I'm particularly interested in are Hampstead, Camden, Kentish Town, Islington, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, mostly anything in zone one, however I would also consider other areas.

I'm ideally looking for properties that are free for at least a month and where the rent is priced to take into account the housesitting nature of the letting, however I'm prepared to make a decent offer if anyone has anything suitable.

I can provide references from, work, a former letting agency, and housemates as requried. I'm also able to provide ID as required.
