Pastry Chef de Partie required for this 4 star luxury hotel with Fine Dining Restaurant situated within a stunning location. The Restaurant serves 50 Covers per service and uses the best of local seasonal produce. They are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who can produce a whole array of desserts and pastries.

You will have a high level background in Pastry and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for working within a team of talented chefs and will work under the guidance of the head chef.

You will be taught the finest techniques in pastry and learn about flavours and textures to improve your knowledge and to produce the highest level of desserts.

For the right Pastry Chef de Partie the hotel will offer excellent training and career development, plus live-in accommodation is available.
