Hello there. We are currently looking for a new housemate in our lovely big house in Golders Green. You would live with 5 other easy going boys and girls in the age range from 21 to 28, two couples, one single, coming from England, Ireland, Sweden and Scotland.
The house is situated in a quiet area, only a 7 min walk from Golders Green Underground Station as well as lots of busses going to Victoria, Hampstead, and even up to North Finchley and Edmonton Green. We have a bus stop in front of the house that goes to Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Nightbuses also from and to Camden.
On the Highstreet you find the usual off licence shops, a Sainsbury and Tesco as well as lots of coffe shops (Starbucks, Nero, Costa) and many restaurants (can recommend the Korean Restaurant and Japanese Sushi).
The house has a big living area, also big and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room (we have two washing machines and one dryer) three bathroms (incl. the ensuite). Outside there is a patio for the occasional party and a huge garden where everyone just loves to hang out in summer.
The room itself is furnished, on the first floor, has a big window overlooking the garden and attached bathroom. The double bed in the room is for sale.
We have a Virgin media contract for TV with lots of channels, Wireless Internet and Telephone.
The rent would be 513.43 GB Pounds including Council Tax and water per month.
A deposit of 466.73 GBP is required.
