A couple of friends and I (women/men in mid 30's) were having a scour of Gumtree looking to open up our circle of friends. We replied to a few ads (which claimed they were looking for the same) but have only found time wasters and/or people who arent interested in meeting people with partners/or who are single! - One friend unfortunately arranged a meet only to be stood up on the day without a phonecall! Seriously horrified by these experiences we have decided to post our own add.
