As Assistant Manager you will be a key part of the management team - being responisble for running shifts and driving the business forward in management issues. Responsibilities include:
* opening and closing duties
* cash management, banking etc
* stock managemnt
* service and standards
* legislation

The Person

We are looking for candidates with proven prevoius junior management or assisatnt management experience in a food or wet led environment. You must have good team leadership skills and great customer focus. Passion and enthuisism are key - along with a big personality,

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
