Based in Richmond, our client is an award winning call centre with a track record in developing and training their top performers in a friendly team based environment.

They currently have 2 fantastic opportunities for experienced customer complaints handling professionals to join them looking after an existing client. You will use your complaints handling skills both in writing and via the phone on behalf of a large insurance organisation to ensure that there is a smooth resolution of any customer issue.

You MUST have previous complaints handling experience and a track record in resolving customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

This is a FULL TIME role.
