We are a well established residential property company operating in Clapham, Brixton, Battersea and Chelsea.
We need a hands on site manager / foreman to manage flat conversions, refurbs, loft extensions on mostly Victorian resdential properties in S. London with some very high spec projects in Chelsea. Most of our projects our retained and let out.

Experience of the following is required:
Building regs requirements, structural steelwork, underpinning, H and S requirements, damp proofing, general building work, decorating, planning kitchen, bathroom and electical layouts, basic computer and admin skills. working from architect's plans.

Candidate will have full driving licence, speak good English and have knowledge of tradesmen and suppliers in the area.

You will probably be from a trade background and will have overall responsibilty for delivering projects.
