Relax is a very special lifestyle spa offering heavenly massage, natural beauty, fabulous flowers and gorgeous gifts at two central London locations. We are now looking for a special someone with a total ‘can do/sleeves rolled up’ attitude to join our reception team – who MUST have previous spa, health club or salon experience. This is an absolute requirement and anyone who does not fulfill this will not be considered for the role.

Our natural beauty department is growing rapidly. Ideally we are looking for someone who has strong customer service and reception skills, but who also is qualified and experienced to give beauty treatments when required. The main focus here would be reception, but if you happen to have skills and experience in both, we want to hear from you!

This is absolutely NOT a typical monday to friday 9-5 reception job with weekends off! Answering phones, filing and cleaning are important parts of the role - but the fundamental core of the job is ‘concierge’ style and to really look after people.

The essence of relax is that we aim to make our clients feel incredibly special from the very second they cross our threshold to the moment they leave and go back to the hurly burly of London life. This service commitment has to come from the heart and you either have it or you don’t.

You will therefore need to be outgoing and must must must have excellent customer service skills and be totally and absolutely committed to bringing a smile to work everyday. You will also need to demonstrate great organisational skills, exceptional spoken and written English and a good grasp of computers – including knowledge of a spa-booking programme

The position is shift based over 7 days - including some weekends and will therefore not suit anyone looking for every weekend off, or to spend a few months working then buzz off travelling! The job also involves keeping relax to a 5 star standard throughout the day and that means lots of cleaning!
