Earn working from part time

We are a moderately sized Estate Agency who are looking to expand their business by taking on more clients. We simply need more landlords with available properties to sign up with us.

We are giving enthusiastic individuals the flexibility of working from home with hours that suite you. Your main job will be to introduce our services to potential clients (landlords) by cold calling through our recommended sources.

The ideal candidate will

- Have a fantastic telephone manor
- Be polite and friendly
- Be professional at all times whilst working
- Be driven and motivated

You will be given easily achievable targets per week earning basic pay plus commission where payable.

Targets will be 15 new clients per week for which you will be paid a basic of £300 per month. This target can be realistically achieved within 2 days of solid work. Current employees on this system are achieving numbers of 18per week.

Not only do you earn a basic but you will also earn £20 every time we let one of your client’s properties. Once you build up a pipeline you will steadily earn an estimated yearly salary of 17,000 – 20,000 all by working a few hours from home!
