Price: £82 per week per bed

We are looking for:

A non smoking, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and very organised LADY with good references. We are very concern about having our place clean and tidy. This is like our second home in London as no one has family here, so we all help to maintain the flat as clean & tidy as possible.

No drug users or party animals!. This is a peaceful home to relax after a hard day work/school...

We are:

Straight, non smoking young students, easy going, friendly, respectful, very clean and sociable and we are looking for someone to be the same.

We will consider candidates looking to move sooner than later as the room is available now.

Terms:

Four weeks deposit plus 2 weeks rent in advance. You will get a receipt for the deposit and the advance rent. The deposit is returned when you leave. Minimum stay 8 wks
