Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager required for my Client specialises in complex Debt Management for major utilities.
The Company seeks to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on securing new business for the collections division, from within the energy sector.
The services delivered include the identification, negotiation, receipt and repayment of unbilled or over billed gas and electricity on behalf of utility clients, as well as specialist debt recovery, debt management and metering services.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Successful track record in personally selling debt collection services to the utility sector ie live and final debt, outsourced debt projects, etc.
Personal contacts and credibility at appropriate (decision making) levels amongst the gas and electricity suppliers.
Consultative sales approach with a solutions orientation
Self sufficient self starting team player
Practical experience of sophisticated large account development methodologies eg Holden Powerbase/Blue sheet etc.
Experience and maturity combined with energy, passion and enthusiasm for commercial success.
Numerate, literate, articulate and trustworthy.
This is Home based role, candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
Salary 45k - 70k , bonus, benefits,
