So you have been learning French for quite a while and have reached an acceptable level but you are now aiming to getting closer to complete fluency?
I am a Frenchman who spent most of his life in Paris and now living in London and I have a taste for precision when it comes to speak faultless French so I could definitely help you with how to structure sentences, not the way told in books but the way people speak genuine informal French.
Also, as there are many new words and expressions popping up during a one hour conversation, my students have to be proactive and are advised to take notes.

My courses are £10 an hour or £15 for one hour and a half and can be held in a public place or at your home if you live in zones 1 or 2.
