I have a double room to let in Hammersmith, in a victorian house, wood strip flooring, garden - it's in excellent condition.

The house is on a quiet street in Hammersmith – Gastein Road and is close to the tube and everything else in central Hammersmith

There are three professional females who live in the property and they are in their late twenties, mature and would like a like minded professional. Would suit a professional female who wants to live in a nice clean environment. This is not a party house more a sanctuary.

The house has a eat in kitchen/diner and no separate lounge. The bills are £33 for council tax and £15 for gas and electric, so under £50 all together. Very reasonable.
