ORG is recruiting for a Business Analyst with a technical background in Web application design and workflow/Management Information systems. This role will be responsible for owning the requirements gathering and definition process in the support of our development of ExecView (www.execview.co.uk).

The right person will have leading edge design experience, a dynamic personality and tons of enthusiasm and drive. This is a permanent role with excellent prospects for growth and challenge in a young company with an exciting product.

Knowledge or design experience on software developments supporting a number of the functional areas: ITIL service management products, Executive Information Systems/scorecard systems, Performance measurement systems, Project management applications, Contract Management systems including collaborative document management/editing systems and workflow. is important. You must also have experience working on development using Agile methodologies.

To stand the very best chance of securing an interview, it is important that you indicate your depth of knowledge with the following technologies, state any notable achievements and detail your involvement with significant projects:

Key Requirements:
- 8 years+ experience in Business Analysis roles (Requirement gathering, Use Cases etc)
- Design experience in at least 3 of the functional areas listed above.
- Workflow of management processes and software systems.
- Design of web-based database applications, using Microsoft SQL Server, .NET and SharePoint, MS Office integration experience.
- Excellent written English &&;&&;;&&;&&;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;;; verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills.

Desirable Requirements:
- Additional language; French, Spanish, German
- Experience of Oracle, SAP &&;&&;;&&;&&;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;&&;&&;;&&;&&;;;;; PeopleSoft database integration

An excellent salary package up to £50k pa is available for the right candidate.
