Good Standard Experienced Goalkeeper Required
Due to retirements and re-location away from London we have several places available for new goalkeepers within our ten team structure.
Old Actonians A.F.C. were formed in 1925, based in Ealing, West London with our own ground and club house. We are about 15 minutes from central London by tube. Away games are London wide.
Old A’s are probably the largest and most successful amateur football club in London. We run 10 senior teams on Saturday afternoon in the Southern Amateur League and are affiliated to the AFA. The league is extremely well organised and to become a member clubs need a minimum of 4 sides, a private sports ground with bar and food facilities.
Old A’s welcomes new players of all standards, ages and ethic background.
Our first team are as good a standard as you can play on a Saturday without getting paid to play, with various grades below that in our other 9 sides. Very social football, but serious at same time.
We consistently achieve league and cup success.
Our club house, floodlit training facilities and 1's / 2's pitch located are as follows:
Old Actonians Association,
Gunnersbury Drive,
Ealing W5
Training is held every Tuesday night 6pm to 8pm at our club under floodlights. So year round grass training ideal for keepers.
Nearest tube is Acton Town.
