Live-In Bed & Breakfast Manager - immediate start but will wait for the right applicant.

We are looking for a friendly and committed live-in bed and breakfast manager for a long term position to organise and oversee the general operations of a small but busy bed and breakfast in Newbury.

This position would suit a well presented applicant with excellent communication skills and a desire to commit to the position long term. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable, however not a must. You must have no criminal record.

Responsibilities & requirements:
- Cook and organise breakfast
- Arrival and departure of guests
- Oversee a team of daily cleaners
- Liaise with the owners
- Excellent front of house presence
- Hands on approach
- Professional image at all times

Applicants will be required to work split shifts over a 5 day week, with 2 days off a week.

This job will suit an applicant with other part time work or a couple looking for live-in accommodation.

Successful applicants will be reliable, honest and hardworking. Accommodation, breakfast and wireless broadband are included. We offer good working conditions and a competitive rate of pay.
