Future Fundraising are a fundraising consultancy in London working within the third sector, we are looking for a Donor Retention – Calling Services Team Leader to take the reins within our team in generating income for various known charities across the globe.

You will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of all the company’s donor retention & donor development calling services.

What kind of person are we looking for?

- Someone with at least 2 years experience supervising a call centre
- Ability to motivate others and generate the energy needed to get the job done
- Hungry for what’s possible and eager to achieve
- Ability to see the wider picture and ensure that a parties are in communication
- Proofread spreadsheets accurately and quickly
- Prioritisation of own workload and those around you
- Strong Commercial Awareness
- Flexibility around working hours
- Target Driven
- Able to build effective relationships with key people in the business of all levels
- Ability to report and interpret sales and performance figures
- Strong People Management Skills
- Sales and cold calling and or/sales experience preferable.
