Programme Structure

Programmes are conducted in courses of five or ten sessions to meet specific and predetermined goals. Before commencing a Pilates course, you will be assessed. This ensures that our team selects the programme best suited to your specific needs. Reviews will be carried out at key stages to assess your progress. This ongoing support ensures that you optimise your time with us.
