North West London, A very clean single room available 5min walk to DOLLIS HILL underground station, 10min walk to Willesden green station...it is a single room in a three bedroom flat, it is refurnished in summer....me and another lady we are colleagues, We run a shop so we are not at home most of the day time, and will arrive home about 9PM..We also work on most of the weekend. So the flat is perfect for somebody want somewhere quiet.
Rent is 370,not including any bills (we will share bill equally..) or 430 including bill ..One month deposit, one month advance rent.
We are not trying to make any money from sub renting...I will show u the original contract..
