I specialize in cleaning Kitchen Extract systems. I clean the Kitchen Canopy and filters although most clients do this themselves, I clean the Canopy behind the filters and all Ductwork internally through to the Extract Fan, I clean the fan internally which helps with increasing the strength of the Hot Air and Grease Extraction. Then clean the rest of the Extract System which is post Fan and exhausts out of the building. Installing any Access needed in the duct work also, there will be extra costs for the Access installed and this allows for quicker more efficient future cleaning.

Kitchen Extracts are a potenial fire hazard if not kept clean. Almost any system in the areas I’ve mentioned will fail a Wet Film Thickness Test after 6 months from new or from being well cleaned, so potentially if it’s not well maintained; it will become a Fire Hazard therefore Kitchens will get Shut Down until it’s been cleaned.
